BURLINGTON, VT-  Victoria Lee Case, age 60, of Burlington, VT passed away on December 24, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at the Vermont Respite House in Williston, VT, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on October 6, 1953 in Port Chester, NY, daughter of Dasha Kroc and the late Roger Case.  Victoria grew up in central New York graduating from Vernon-Verona-Sherrill Central School in 1971.  After graduation she enlisted in the U. S. Air Force and served as a medical technician.  While stationed in Alaska she gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Angela Juneau Nolan.

Traveling all over the country Victoria lived in Colorado, California, Florida, Pennsylvania and lastly Burlington, Vermont.  Throughout her life her warm, friendly, lively spirit brought love and joy to her family and many people she met along the way.  Victoria inspired us all with her faith, hope, and love.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Juneau Nolan, Montpelier, VT, her mother Dasha Kroc and husband Rudy Kroc, Topton, PA, two brothers Mark (Margie) Case, Ledyard, CT and Stuart (Lyn) Case, Kempton, PA, one sister Andrea (Glenn) Dally, Katy, TX, and many nephews and nieces Brendan (Missy), Tara, Tristan, Brita, Dawson, Payton, Lilly, and Kiley.

She was predeceased by her father, Roger Case, grandparents Jaroslav and Otilie Cebe-Habersky, Milton and Marguerite Case, and Melba Case.

The family would like to thank all her friends, health care professionals, and clergy that cared for Victoria during the past five years.  Also, many thanks to the Fletcher Allen Health Care, the Community Health Center of Burlington, and the Vermont Respite House staff.
