Jim was born in Utica, NY on August 30, 1943. Jim was married to Carole Chase on September 1, 1990; they were married twenty-seven years and enjoyed thirty-five years as a couple.
Jim enjoyed work in different occupations over the years; his last position was as Director of Operations for American Network Insurance. Jim had many interests over the years to include car racing, watching the horse races in Saratoga, participating in dart leagues, and enjoyed a year as Exalted Ruler at the Elks Club in Burlington, VT. Jim especially enjoyed spending time with his family at their camp in the Adirondack’s and their home in Pennsylvania. Those who knew Jim well know that he had a zest for life; he loved playing pranks on people and was an easy going and fun loving man. Jim was always there to help friends and family; he was a great listener, gave good advice and had a way of making people feel good - that was just his way. He was a loving husband, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Jim was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
